The exchange over the website was super easy. I felt comfortable with the exchange and the price. Kirill was running a little late but let me know which was alright. He spent almost 3.5 hours getting some known and then some later found stains out of the couch. With almost three years since its last cleaning, the couch looks (and smells) great.

What a transformation! Our six year old sofa needed a serious deep clean and Clean n Care did an amazing job. We have two dogs and not only did they manage to take out stains and odors, our sofa was so well treated that it felt brand new.
