Hired AAAHS to repair wall in my basement and was quoted the price. I informed the company that the job would require painting. AAAHS arrived late and proceeded to repair wall. He patched the wall and said his job did not include sanding or painting. I don’t understand why he would think that we would just want the wall repaired and not painted. I pointed out that is not what I wrote in my message and was told he gets thousands of messages a day regarding jobs, so it’s not his problem that he can not keep track of what the job entails. I could have gotten the job done in completion by another person for less money. I was left very confused and angry. This company needs to work on their communication skills and provide proper estimates so the client knows exactly what they are paying for and not be tricked into retaining their service and in the end the job that is completed is incomplete.

Thank you for that gross misleading and inaccurate account of the events that took place on January 11th 2022. If you're gonna leave a review be truthful and leave out no details, for example; the fact that I tried to figure out and discuss your confusion and miscommunication so we can resolve the issue professionally. You then slammed the door in my face and your husband graciously stepped in to show you the errors in your behavior, and complete disregard for professional and mature conduct. I still stood outside your door for an additional 25mins in -18 degree temperature to try speak with you and you were no where in sight. In closing, it's not what happens that defines us. What happens, happens to us all. How we react and conduct ourselves in these matters correlate to the characteristics of each individual. I can only hope and pray that no one else ever has to be subjected to the extreme and vile experience that you exposed me to.
