Jenn was responsive to our inquiry. She made arrangements within a week and showed up on the promised date. The service was efficient, did a great job pruning the trees and they cleaned up after they were done. Jenn took the time to speak to us about the LDD moth and how to find them, remove them and ensure we are able to minimize their impact on our trees. Excellent work all around - recommended Tree Effects to the neighbour.
