Bruce fixed my dishwasher that had a ruptured drain hose. He was very knowledgeable and came with the correct spare part based on my description on the phone. He went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with the service. I highly recommend.

We needed assistance in installing a new over the range microwave, as our previous blew unexpectedly. I called Bruce, and he was on time, and courteous with the project. I would recommend them in the future!

The Farber island range hood had electrical problems. The wiring was messed up; ie., the lights could come on when the fan was selected. I had to use breaker to turn off!
Bruce assessed and cleaned grease accumulated on switch panel. Now works perfectly. Thanks Bruce.

My KitchenAid dish washer was not running properly, Bruce from ApplianceServiceGuy came for the service. He listened to what we had to say and quickly identified the issue (drainage). He also educated us on why the machine doesn’t go through the cycle and how to prevent recurrence. He made sure to stay till machine completed the whole cycle.

I have used Bruce a few times... He has been amazing at getting our appliances up an running again. Bruce is always on time, and will go and pick up parts same day if they are available at one of his suppliers.
Dryer has been repaired and requires added maintenance due to our family's and pets hair.
He has repaired the heating element in our stove after the company we bought it from were unwilling to help.

The $294 was for one of two service calls that Bruce has done for us to repair our very aged Bosch built-in dishwasher. I forget which call the $294 was for but his rates seemed reasonable to me. He is a personable and honest guy who takes pride in his work. I forget what the issue was the first time but he diagnosed it quickly and was able to repair it with parts he had. A year or maybe two later, we had some water pooling in the cabinet under the sink. Bruce went the extra mile to get the tubing needed and was able to repair it the next day. He also attached the hose inside the cabinet far better than it was originally installed. The third time we had an issue he advised us to save ourselves money, that it was time to get a new dishwasher and we took his advice. You can't go wrong calling Bruce for your appliance repair needs.
