PRO ENTRY GARAGE DOORS

My garage door would not open and so I could not access my car. I needed the issues resolved same day and Pro Entry quickly assigned technician who did an excellent job.

Pro Entry Garage Doors installed a new garage door and garage door opener that I had purchased earlier. When I had a follow-up question after the installation was completed, Mohammed was helpful and very generous with his time. The service provided by Pro Entry Garage Doors was courteous, timely, and professional -- all at a very competitive price.

They sent someone on the same day to install new garage door opener which was very helpful, it took about couple of hours including new rail wheels and key pads. Although we had electric wires nearby the opener as previous opener was connected to, due to lack of socket, representatives refused to touch the wires so I had to take care of that myself by getting an extension so he plugged the new opener to it.

It would be beneficial if reps have basic knowledge of electrical work.

Nonetheless pleased with the service and will use them again in future.

My garage door had a snapped cable. Called for an appointment and got one for the next day. Anwar kept me posted on his arrival time. He is friendly and did a professional work on the repair. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

Coming home at 2am Saturday morning, our garage door broke down due to a worn out bracket on the left side of the door.
The double width door was tilted towards the left side, since the spring was only applying pressure on the right side. This bent the tracks, and made closing the door impossible.
I called Mohammed around 11am, and he arrived at our house in less than 30 minutes.
If there was ever a Michael Jordan of garage door repair, Mohammed is that guy. He comes in, assess the situation and immediately goes to work. First of all, he has ALL the necessary tools. Second, he knows what hes doing and is very methodical in his approach. Very efficient in his movement and no wasted effort. Third, he was engaging and was quick to answer questions. Never showed frustration and was complete focused and professional throughout the process.
Lastly, he wasnt up selling anything. He didnt ask me to upgrade to a better system or replace anything that didn't need replacing. Incredibly honest. I wish everyone was like Mohammed.
