We had a small house with big problems; and needed help Fast! Aluminum wiring (Builder used it to lower construction costs. it works but not better than copper.), missing baseboard heaters, missing thermostats (basically no reliable heat source), half of the outlets didn't work, and breakers tripping because of overloaded circuits. All outlets and switches (38) replaced, all overhead lighting (9) inspected with everything 'pig tailed' to accommodate the aluminum wiring, 9 new baseboard heaters and digital thermostats supplied and installed (and rewired when required), 2 new separate outlet lines in the basement, replaced 2 outdoor GFCI outlets and installed a new line to our backyard deck with 2 more GFCI outlets., installed a new line and 'box', and hung a beautiful light fixture in our upstairs staircase, and numerous small catches.
Jan found things that we didn't see and we are glad that he did. We can't thank Jan and his team enough for restoring our house. In two days they transformed our 'Big Problem' into 'No Problem'. We now have our little house working again.
