A non-working dryer is never any fun especially with babies, however, I give a big thumbs up to Dryer Vent Wizard for minimizing the inconvenience. Right from first call to them through to the repairs all the staff had a customer-centric approach to my concerns and I appreciated the team effort. A specific thanks to the repair person who came. He was personable and professional and the quality of the work was amazing. He made it look so easy. I am not wishing for any more dryer problems, but would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
