Our bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover, as no significant changes had been made in over 25 years, other than replacing the toilet in 2021. We didn't want anything too fancy, but just wanted a more modern look. We let Pasquale (Pat) know that we are no experts in design and gave him free rein to choose new tiling, (both shower walls and floor), vanity/sink, lighting, and electrical fixtures to complement the walk in soak bathtub that we had sourced. Pat listened and came back with practical and eye-catching suggestions for each element. He provided a detailed quote, with reasonable pricing and the time required to complete the work. When the work started, Pat and Mark showed up on time each morning and went to work as unobtrusively as possible, keeping in mind that my wife and I are both working from home. Throughout the renovation, they respected our home, our space and our privacy, and wore masks at our request. They checked with us first when decisions were required on any job details. The job was completed ahead of the estimated time, with no details being overlooked. We are delighted with the final result - we now have a bathroom we can be proud of.
