Aria Build

Aria was referred to me by an old friend. This is my first time having my own property redone. This is a long term investment for so I made my budget 30K. Aria took my dollar as far as they could. I feel well taken care of. Highly recommend Aria Build to anyone who has a vision for their property and needs someone to help it manifest.

We hired the Aria Build to complete a full home renovation and lateral extension . Undertaking such a major project we wanted a contractor with lots of experience and a reputation for high quality work. With Aria Build that is exactly what we got! The team was professional from start to finish. The project management and design team were excellent. They listened closely to our requirements and took the time to thoroughly plan the project ensuring that we were happy every step of the way. Emma (the interior designer) understood our vision. She helped us so much with the multitude of decisions and made the process a lot of fun. The construction team were professional . Everyone was highly skilled, hard working, considerate and polite. Our project manager (Peter) paid close attention to every detail to ensure that the quality of the onsite work and that of all the subcontractors was top notch. The project involved some very challenging engineering and construction, Aria Build clearly knew what they were doing. All aspects of the project were well organized and completed in a timely manner. The finished product is stunning. We are so proud of our new home, we’re constantly getting compliments from the everyone! I highly recommend Aria Build for anyone looking for a builder.

We did a large renovation with Aria and were extremely happy with the work the team did. There were issues, which your going to get with any company, but we always figured it out. I would recommend them highly, as you’ll get high quality work. They listened and made our vision cone true and it’s been 2 year after they completed the project and I’m still very happy.

Aria construction worked very efficiently to build us a beautiful deck in a very challenging site. The staff were very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Aria Build did a major renovation and addition to our 90+ year old house. They did an amazing job! They were professional, reliable, hardworking, and cared about the work they were doing. With an old house you will always get some surprises and I had complete trust that they would alert me to any issues, review the options, and take the required steps to make sure our house was not only beautiful but also structurally sound and built to last. I always felt they wanted the best results for our family. We now have our dream home, and it has exceeded our expectations. Just moved in to our newly renovated home in Leslie Ville . It was truly a fun and exciting journey. Special thank you to Peter, was such a blessing work with such a diligent and honest contractor. He outlined all the steps that would be required in order to obtain the building permit for the renovation, and addition. He showed us two current projects prior to signing the design agreement. One was a full gut and renovation of a semi-detached in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood, the other was a large custom home in Thornhill. Both substantial projects looked very well organized and safe. It was reassuring to talk to other homeowners that have built with the company. All seemed to have a good experience. We definitely are happy with the end result and do recommend working with Aria build. The last three weeks before our move in date crews were working long days. Peter’s hard work, commitment, diligents and dedication truly shows. They delivered beyond our expectations. I would Definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking to build or renovate.

I wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent services that we received from Aria Build in the construction of our home in Bedford Park. The project was extremely successful and we could not have been more pleased with our finished project. Behzad was very accommodating and sensitive to our needs.

We started our journey building our dream house almost two years ago including searching for the ideal lot in our neighbourhood. Finding a reliable builder that we are comfortable working with is as important as finding the right building lot. We feel very lucky to have found Aria Build. The project is a complete design build. We worked with Matt (Architect) to put the dream house onto the drawing board, and help us obtain the required permits. It was just 6 months ago since the old house got demolished. , the house is now taking shape. It involves so many areas, trades, city and utilities. Behzad made the process easy. Scheduling work and material deliveries can be a challenge to many as I often heard, but Behzad manages it so well that there were hardly any delays, the progress has been impressive. Its been a very positive experience working and communicating with all the trades from Aria build, all the tradesmen are experts and passionate about their profession, and always give us the best suggestions.
It is also fascinating to see every stage of the work. The interior of the house is now taking shape. One of the highlights that impressed us is the skylight. I really appreciate the quality of work and effort everyone is putting onto this project.

Aria Build completely renovated our semi-detached house built in 1908. It required all new framing, HVAC, windows, plumbing, electrical, 3 bathrooms, roofing and exterior brick .Behzad was exceptional. He made sure there was always consistent progress and tasks moved along well. They did finish the renovation on time despite the delays associated with Covid. They anticipated things that needed to be done such as our sanitary drain and were able to fit in some beautiful upgrades such as built-in gas fireplace and solid quartz kitchen backsplash. Quality of work is exceptional, trades and crew are highly meticulous. Most people such as ourselves only do such a major renovation once in a lifetime and do not have the knowledge or experience to find and correct mistakes. If we had it to do over, we would hire Aria build in a heartbeat.

We had 3 builders quote on our project which involved tearing down an existing home and rebuilding a new bungalow of about 2,500 square feet in the City of Markham. Behzad won the project based on having a competitive quote but more importantly he more carefully listened to our vision and discussed a plan on how he would best accomplish the project.
We had no experience in building a home and so we appreciated that Behzad knew what the building inspectors from the city expected and how to deal with them. An important example was when the city requested that we erect retaining walls in the excavation but Behzad retained a soil engineer who proved that we did not need to do that. The result was about a $30,000 savings. Behzad was careful to discuss at every step what items that would be used ( such as windows, HVAC, flooring, tiles etc.) so that we were on the same page with regard to the look and the costs. Behzad showed a high level of skill in finding and using excellent subcontractors and if something was not done to a high standard he would ask them to redo it. At the end of a project there are always a few little items that need adjustment or completion and Behzad was there to take care of these things for us. In the end we have a beautiful, high quality house that we love and all the neighbours rave about. It would be hard to expect more.
