I was referred to Thomas from a vendor who was doing an attic remediation for me. Thomas came to fix the electrical issues that occurred from the animals. Thomas came over and assessed the issues and costed it out. I also had some switches and receptacles replaced.
He was able to fix all the wire issues in the attic and change the switches and receptacles that day and had all the supplies with him. He also cleaned the areas he worked in, which was a pleasant surprise.
I recommend Thomas, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Thomas completed the installation of new second storey bathroom fans prior to new insulation being installed in the attic. He explained the required work, and provided options for other work he would recommend to get best value for money and ensure the insulation would not be disturbed for other work we were considering (pot lights). He coordinated with insulation installers/roofer as well to ensure their work would align. Clean and courteous.

Tom was very quick and easy to get a hold of by phone and text. He is friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. We went over in detail as to what work had to be done and he gave me a price, so there was no surprises. Tom arrived as scheduled. Worked diligently and cleaned up very well like he was not there. Got to test the newly installed fan a few days later. New fan works great, no condensation build up on the windows unlike the original homebuilders fan.
