Warm Cozy Cozy

I lived in my previous house 11 years and had only caught a handfull of mice in all those years. I have been in my new house about 5 months and had caught about 10 mice in the attic. Needless to say, I knew we had a problem. I hired warm cozy cozy to cleanout, seal, and reinsulate my attic in early April, 2021. They was very responsive (callbacks in less than 1/2 hour) and gave me detailed information on the products they would be using, the process, and the time it would take to do the work. I did get several quotes and warm cozy cozy promised the same or more work, done in a shorter period, with equivalent products. It was a no brainer choosing them. The only question was, would they live up to their promises. And the answer was YES!!! They promised they would do the job in one day and they were in by 9:00am and out by 5:00pm for a 1,500+ sf attic. I was able to inspect the attic after cleaning and they did a great job getting all the old insulation and debris out. Insulation went in quickly and they even installed plywood in about 1/3 of the attic (which was a huge time saver for me). The attic looks great, they did a great job protecting the wall and the floors throughout the house, and an even better job cleaning up after themselves.
I waited a couple of month to write this review to see if the mice traps I set out after warm cozy cozy finished their work caught anything. So far no signs of any mice in the attic. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else thinking of doing this type of work. Great experience all the way around.

They are arrived at 9:30 a.m. and worked straight through until 6:30 p.m. That's four guys working for nine hours, not even counting all the time they spent on the road to get here and get back. They are awesome, and I can't speak more highly of them. They worked incredibly hard, removed tons of gross, old insulation from our attic, and cleaned and disinfected. They lifted the floorboards and sucked out all the old stuff using a giant vacuum cleaner. We have a furnace in the attic with a lot of venting coming in and out of it, so I was amazed at how thoroughly they removed and replaced insulation around extremely difficult to reach areas. The whole house feels cleaner now, and our furnace is cycling on with much less frequency. All set for winter!

For anyone considering calling them up, I can assure you that the workers will not disappoint. They are thorough and professional. They cover your floors in plastic and they clean up after themselves. They are polite and respectful and really could not work harder.

I will say that the initial consultation (prior to the workers coming) had me apprehensive. I felt some pressure to make my mind up quickly, as the tech implied that if I didn't take an opening that was in three days' time, I might have to wait until January. Also the price started really high and then came down as I hesitated until I finally agreed. I personally don't like this kind of sales pitch, because I want to be offered a fair price immediately that is non-negotiable. It left me feeling that the price might have come down further still. And the pitch that I'm getting an amazing deal because the salesperson is discounting the original quoted price makes me feel I'm getting played. Still, the price I ended up paying was worth it in the end. I just wish the workmen saw more of that money than they probably do.

I'm posting to say how pleased I was with the service warm cozy cozy provided. They came out and confirmed that we had a bat issue in our attic. They was great. They has a great personality and was so easy to work with. They was very kind and reassuring of any concerns. They came out so quickly to handle the job which was a great relief for me!

I really appreciated how much care they took to protect all the walls, doors, staircase floors with liners before starting the job. They also wore shoe covers when needed. They spent a lot of time taking care of all the issues and work to be done and the cleanup after. Today was a super hot day and they worked away in the sweltering heat. 10 star guys :)

We heard some noise from our attic and called warm cozy cozy. They came over to check out the situation and gave us an estimate. Their estimate was lower than the estimate we got from the main competitor in this area. The whole process was very straight forward and easy - once you agree to let them do it, you set a date, and they come over and do the whole thing in one day.

On the day of the appointment, three guys arrived in the morning. They removed all the insulation, did a check around the house, patched up any holes they found in the attic and around the house, and put new insulation into the attic. They were done by mid afternoon.

They kept the house clean during the entire process; covering the floors, wearing suits, and protecting my stairs. They use this big vacuum that goes through your house so none of the insulation being removed ever gets exposed in your living space. In addition, there is a 1 yr warranty in case we hear any noise from the attic again or they didn't cover something up. The workers were courteous and professional.

My only tip is that if you decide to go with blown in insulation (instead of the pads, which are more expensive), make sure you know what it will be like in your attic.

We feared that the insulation in the attic might have evidence of mold based on a recent roof leak. Warm cozy cozy team came out. They was very professional, came on time, told us what they was about to do and much to our relief, there wasn't evidence of mold. We"ll be sure to contact warm cozy cozy again for any needs that may arise.

They are the best. They are reliable, efficient and honest. They arrive on time as promised and they professionally explain the issues and then propose a reasonable solution. Its' a pleasure to deal with these guys. They are pros. Highly recommended service.

My husband and I hired warm cozy cozy to work on the recently flipped home we just purchased. The crew removed all the old insulation, disinfected the entire attic and installed new blown insulation. They did a great job.

Words simply cannot describe the service I have received with warm cozy cozy. This extremely hard working crew came in this morning, faced with the hardest task of cleaning out a beyond dusty old attic as well as repair damage done by my unwanted, no rent paying tenants - raccoons. Warm cozy cozy has done an absolutely awesome job! They really stand behind their work and I appreciate all that they have done to assist me and my home!

Efficient, prompt, honest and fair. What more can one want in a home service provider who does a professional job that a homeowner cannot (or will not) do. I sure did not want to "investigate" what was going on in our attic. So glad they did that for us and was honest that we really did not have a major problem.
