Connected an external backup drive which my network was not recognizing

PC was not recognizing my Buffalo NAS drive. Several different computer and audio/visual techs were unable to fix this issue. Eli fixed it within minutes I am so happy. I can now back up my music from my Meridien Sooloos system and am no longer going to have nightmares about it crashing and having to reload almost 1,000 CDs. Sorry, still a CD person, not a streamer. Just absolutely thrilled. Thank you, thank you, thank you Eli. You have made my year. Judi
