Joel was referred to myself by a Contractor I hired to renovate my son's bedroom and bathroom in basement due to location of tankless water heater that was installed by Reliance in the worst area stopping my renovations from being able to be completed. Joel came quickly to assess and suggested new area out of the way. I had him order a new heater and had it installed. He made changes that were acceptable to myself but also done correctly and by code. I will be recommending Joel to anyone I know and will be calling him when I need anything else done. He is worth the call and very personable.

Joel and team worked day and through the night to get us cool air during this extreme heat wave. He explained process, they came when promised and they stayed within quoted amount. They left everything neat and tidy. They truly went above and beyond. Awesome job!
