I wanted to get doors replaced and was asked to pay 50% upfront. Once i paid that, they increased the price to double the original quote. I was fine with that since i needed the work to be done and they had already started the work. The work itself was average at best but more frustratingly it was extremely slow. Work that should have potentially taken only 2 days was dragged on for 5 due to forgetting tools or running out of supplies.

In terms of punctuality, this was a nightmare since they did not show up when promised and would barely respond when texted.

Once they got 75% of the payment when they completed half the work, they stopped responding to texts, emails and calls.

I would recommend others to stay away from this group as much as possible unless you really like to lose money and peace of mind

I agreed for Loreno Inc. to repair my deck. I was quoted $3500.00 and was asked to pay $1700.00 before the job was to be completed and the other $1700.00 when the job was complete. I heard from a representative of the company a few times before I sent them my money. Once I sent in my money, they stopped texting, calling and I haven't heard from them again.
I am perfectly willing to post a good review if they either show up, communicate with me, or if they reimburse my money.

Great guys definitely liked that they paid attention to detail took a little while but all done in one day in my garage. Thanks guys!

I just want give my appreciation to Loreno inc as they went above and beyond on a budget to get my dream kitchen I needed. Luca was patient, observant and considerate to my point of view on how I should experience my new bathroom. Thank you again and definitely recommended

Very friendly and efficient service, would recommend to anyone doing any types of renovation as this company does not over charge and is upfront about costs of material and labour, etc.

I was very satisfied with the renovation. They changed and installed everything professionally and in a timely manner. I had wanted a full bathroom renovation with all new furnishings and a few custom designs, and they were able to execute it perfectly. They are a very friendly and professional company. Originally the job was also priced higher but they had brought it down to accommodate my budget.

They did a great job of remodelling my backyard. I wanted to take my garden and install a brick path from the front to the back yard. Everything was fine in a timely manner and looked better than I hoped.

Great to work with amazing guys! I had an awkward shape of the way I want the fence to to be bulky around a lot of contractors told me it was hard to do but not loreno bros appreciate the determination had it completed in a fair time frame

I meet the loreno bros this year and they had done a metal fence for me. I also recommend them to my brother and they did a beautiful wooden fence. Great people and wonderful service's.
