Dryer was fixed in two visits two days apart - one to diagnose the problem and one to bring and install the required parts. This was done very efficiently for the quoted price. The central office was less efficient, first sending the repairman to Barrie instead of downtown Toronto which delayed the time of the first visit by several hours. Also, no invoice was supplied - only a debit on my Visa account.
