Window replacement and cladding
Zack and trusty sidekick Alex were highly professional replacing four windows (2 sliding, 2 casement) and doing additional cladding on a large bay and a basement window.
Communication was stellar from from the initial quote to job completion and Zack was super at providing options for the highest quality product that worked within our budget, explaining the differences, features and benefits of our options.
The team was extremely respectful, arrived at the scheduled time and ensured covid protocols were adhered to, we couldn't have been more impressed. We were additionally impressed with measures taken to protect surfaces from damage and their continuous efforts to keep areas tidy throughout the process. Post clean up was amazing as there was no evidence that a crew was there except for the beautiful new windows and finishing work.
