Excellent Experience with Maple K and S. Darren replaced our roof. Shingle lifted of our roof and we noticed a few days aro. He Check the roof carefully and replace it ver fast and cleanly. Very professional and Such an excellent worker. 5 stars for such an excellent work.

What an excellent service provided by Maple K and S. The man came for the project named Darren was highly knowledgeable and he inspect the roof carefully. Also aware of COVID-19. The next day he and his team just arrived and completed the project within 7 days. Very satisfied.

I originally started my HomeStars project looking for gutter guards & provided a few pics of my current gutters.

Out of all the responses I received, Maple K and S / Connie was the only company that indicated guards wouldn't be best for the fine tree debris / acorn grit coming from the mature trees onto my roof (would still need annual power washing).

I ended up booking Maple K and S to only do gutter cleaning. Their prices were the most reasonable and they were able to schedule me at a convenient day/time. I'm now going to use Maple K and S for semi-annual gutter cleaning vs. a costly gutter guard system ($$ saved!).

Connie as a sale rep and Darren who was the project manager. Both were very thorough and responsive throughout the entire project. Connie came by and took the time to explain why my roof was leaking and how critters were able to break in. The installers were on time and very diligent with their cleaning after the job was done. Highly recommended!

We were in need of replacing 10 year old shingles due to high winds damage last year, and are very happy we selected Connie and Maple K and S crew! The crew, materials and equipment arrived on time; and the team worked together to finish the roof in a day, including a complete cleanup! We really appreciated the communication with photos, in particular the advise to add vents which had been missing.

Roofing done in 2018, looks in great shape, only 1 shingle was folded back in 2021, 5 yr warranty. Replaced with no charge. I highly recommend going with this company

The workers were very thorough and took their time. I hate to see contractors rush through their jobs. They even took a break for lunch which I believe is essential. Team leader kept me informed as they encountered issues. Very thorough at cleaning up and respecting my property. Everybody was good to work with from the salesman to the project manager.

Very happy with Maple K&S - I had them clear the eavestroughs of my new house (the last owners were very negligent and it had been years of build up!) and installed gutter shields. They showed up when they said they would, gave me a quote with options, did a good job at the installation and left everything clean and tidy when they had finished.

Great workmanship. Started the job 3 weeks early, which rarely happens in the trades. Showed up on time, and finished in just over a day. Customer focused, very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, professional staff and very happy with the results. The staff were efficient, arrived wearing masks for safety and apologized for possible scuff marks on my rear deck from the ladder they used.
