Fevzi and crew did an excellent job- they performed quality work at a fair and competitive price. Work was completed in a timely manner, was well planned and the team was flexible where required.
9/10- the one point difference being the clean-up. Having said that, I would definitely recommend them as trust in your contractor is a big factor!

Things that went well:
-Good guys - esp the crew, Kamran, Omar and Shane
- worked hard and happy with the final result. They subcontract taping.

Things that did not go well:
- increased confirmed quote from $6250 to $9000 2 days after starting the job. Reason they miscalculated material. They did the measurement themselves!
- like most contractor expect delays and their excuses.
- drywall not done right and I had to fix it.
- struggle to ask them to clean after they finished. Tons of dust left for me to clean.

Picture attached is after I fixed the huge curve on the wall. You can clearly see they knew the frame needed to be leveled but did not bother with telling me to get it fixed first. It was a very obvious drywall done wrong!!

Terrific crew of guys that accommodated a very tight schedule. Would definitely recommend. Super fast, professional, friendly. They came in and started doing their work three days from receiving the quote.

Fevzi and his crew were efficient and worked through some really hot days with no AC! Although there was a slight miscommunication with regards to materials and who will be supplying them, Fevzi was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Fez and Osman were very professional and easy to get along. Their work was priced fairly and competitively, and their quality of work was top notch. Both were very responsive as well, and offered up their skills with other parts of contracting as well. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with the team at Black Sea Drywall. They were very efficient and professional at their work. We were very impressed with their day-to-day operations as they maintained a very clean, and safe work site.

These guys are really hardworking and honest! I will def use them when I build my new house this summer. Fair price and could tell that they knew what they were doing .
