Highrise Service Group

I used a Groupon, first time having a house cleaner, very impressed with Claire. To bad she is leaving the company to pursue, a different career. I'm still on the fence about having a cleaner once a month, but certainly would use this company again.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. For a first-timer it was a great experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will certainly recommend Highrise Service Group to anyone.

The Highrise Service Group team has been cleaning our downtown Ottawa condo on a regular basis for over a year now. I must say we are very impressed with their service. They are prompt, professional, and detail oriented. We have two cats so it cannot be an easy task, but every week they are here to make sure our place is spotless. This has been a lifesaver as we are both very busy with work, and allows us to spend time doing other more enjoyable things. Special shout-out to Olivia who has been our regular cleaner for awhile now, and is amazing with the cats!

I first tried out this service with a one off cleaning, and liked the work done, and the cleaner, so much that I decided to sign up for bi-weekly. Another thing I like is that you're not stuck in a contract, you can change as needed for frequency.
