Paver Restore

Nicolai and his crew repaired our 20 year old driveway last March a few weeks after I met him doing another job in the neighborhood. He told me he would come to the house and give me a quote and arrived on time and did the estimate. We talked a few times and we agreed that he would complete the job. A few weeks later, right on time the crew arrived and completed the job in a couple of days. Great work, and great people. This company has got the Customer Service aspect of business nailed. Nicolai and his crew delivered everything he commited to on time and with a great disposition. A pleasure for sure! The driveway is still looking new...

It is hard to know where to start with this review because the experience was so exceptional on all dimensions. I needed a large area of interlocking brick - large patio and 4 car driveway that had been laid almost 40 years ago - lifted and relayed.

I'll start with the service experience. I had no prior experience with projects of this nature, so had lots of questions and concerns. Moreover, it was destined to be a difficult and awkward job because the weather was so wet and uncooperative around the time my job was scheduled to happen. Right from our first conversation, and all the way through, Nico was unfailingly responsive, creative and just a pleasure to deal with for me. It was also great to watch how respectful and collaborative he was with his guys, many of whom were similarly service and detail oriented. I have rarely, if ever, enjoyed such a sense of ease ,and even enjoyment, when having work done on my home over the course of several days.

Now the quality of the work. It was a beautifully executed project. I have repeatedly had neighbours stop and tell me how great the interlock looks - last year when it was done, and again this year as the spring unfolds. It also feels like an entirely different space, having gone from being quite uneven and hazardous in areas, to feeling solid and secure when walking across it. The workmanship on the job was outstanding.

The value of the service exceeded the price by an order of magnitude. I would highly recommend Paver Restore for any interlock projects. In fact I have already recommended them to neighbours with interlocking brick around their homes.

My driveway had deep ruts and low areas and weeds. Paver restore power washed the driveway and relayed the pavers in the problem areas and re sanded the whole thing. My 30 year old driveway looked real close to brand new. All in 3 days for a great price.

Paver Restore is amazing. They do phenomenal work but most importantly the owner Nicolai is incredibly professional, honest, down to earth and communicates well. They literally make your patio or driveway look brand new again. Don't go with someone else just cause they are cheaper! This company gets it done and done well. Lots of shady "side job" guys out there!!! Beware
