Installing a wired Ring video Doorbell system is a lot more complicated than they would like you to believe. It required a new transformer at the electrical panel (I'm not touching that) and a compatible chime, with a wiring setup to coordinate front and rear bells. Dedicated figured it all out for me and put in the extra effort and time to solve the issues.
