Professional Movers Ottawa

My experience with Professional Movers Ottawa and Storage was 5 star service from the beginning. I had the unique experience of being stuck in NYC during COVID19 and was not able to be present for moving out of my Ottawa’s apartment to storage. I did a virtual tour with the sales representative beforehand and was quoted on the job & for all the packing materials, packing and moving required - the price was really reasonable. On the day of the move, the guys were so efficient and fast. They were all very professional and got everything out of my apartment and cleared out in a few hours. Photos were sent to me of the completed work and i was so impressed. I will definitely recommend Professional Movers Ottawa & Storage to all my friends and family and will be using them again! I was so pleasantly surprised with Professional Movers Ottawa. These guys were so professional and efficient. Our first move was very horrible with some other company. However, Professional Movers Ottawa made the whole process as good as possible. From Roop in the office, who planned everything, to Will, Vishav and Manraj who executed the move (protecting everything with care), I can’t believe how great the process was. Professional Movers Ottawa is the great moving company! The team is very responsive. I have used them move within Ottawa in March 2021 and will be using them again. The movers are polite, professional and quick! They even have extra boxes on the truck if you need [obviously for a fee] that's a nice to have. Highly recommend these guys.

Caveat emptor (buyer beware!) - Hopefully, I will save someone the pain I have had to endure. The reviews presented here were stellar, but nothing I read here was reflective of my experience with these movers. Take my advice move on...

Things could not have gone more smoothly. The price was fair. Communications were prompt and timely. The team of three from Professional Movers Ottawa was so nice, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this service! I was moving my elderly parents - which was very stressful - and these guys made the day go as smoothly and the move became done within 8 Hours, Thank you guys and Professional Movers Ottawa.

I just want to point out that I wanted to move to my new house localy and was very nervous because of my job stress I wasn't going to be around for the move. Ali assure me that he'll take care of the whole move and not to worry. i really will like to thanks Ali and his whole team for taking care of all of my belongings and making The Whole moving experience a pleasant one.i will highly recommend Ali and his crew.

2 Guys arrived with small truck and both of them were on time. Movers were polite and accurate in their job. No damages and good work.

I was dreading my move but AJ and Munraj made it easy. They took the time to cover and protect everything and delivered exactly how I had asked.
