I had a Samsung dishwasher issue where the rubber had randomly come apart from the bottom section... I called in warranty yesterday and they sent someone in today which was extremely quick!

The technician who came in was extremely knowledgeable, and reached out to his colleagues for any questions. Spent about 1-2 hours to fix it, make a report and finish the job off....

Would definitely recommend their services.

Honestly a simple repair. Elite contacted me, ordered the parts before the technician was scheduled. Alex came on time, repaired the leak, and left. It was very simple and quick. I would recommend them.

Both Elite and LG get top marks for their warranty service. They collaborated to source the parts and complete the installation in the most efficient manner.

Elite serviced our ice maker, oven and range under warranty in several different appointments. They were easy to communicate with and to set up a convenient appointment.

However, from this point on the experience was not so great. For each appointment, they use a text confirmation service that doesn't seem to work...we never received these texts but instead received a phone call informing us that because they hadn't received a response to our text, our appointment was cancelled. In each case, I then had to call in, wait in the phone queue for 10-15 minutes, only to confirm the appointment that I'd set with a customer service rep just the day or two before! This happened for 3 different appointments, even though there was a note in my file for them to call and never to text. This wasted so much of my time!

In general the techs were friendly and knowledgeable but the tech servicing an issue with our range made some error when putting it back together and we started getting new electrical issues every once in awhile that required us to reset the breaker...not a great experience overall.

I had them service a dishwasher recently. The scheduling system is great, booking reasonably near term. Service was professional and quick and solved the problem in short order. Very satisfied. WO# 530345

The repairman arrived much sooner than I had expected, which was amazing as the window I was given somewhat conflicted with my schedule.

Not only was Alex done quickly, he offered follow up advice so as to ensure the issue doesn't occur again.

The professional, courteous service I received was above and beyond my initial expectations. Definitely give Elite Appliance Service a call if you need repairs.

The service was fantastic. Much faster than I expected, they were always easy to get a hold of and our technician Conan worked really hard to diagnose issues with our dishwasher even when it was an unusual noise it was making. They ordered the parts and quickly came back to fix it. Couldnt have been happier!

My LG Fridge stopped working and within 3 weeks they came and installed the part. They were extremely efficient, polite, and clean.
