We had our fence knocked down last November during a strong windstorm. It also damaged our neighbour's fences that we share as well. We had dealt with our insurance companies which happened to be the same. We were given the runaround with their "preferred contractor OnSide" which went on until this summer. With wood costs increasing, they didn't provide an updated cost to our insurance. So we brought in Hillcrest and another contractor to provide a new updated estimate. Kyle and Sara came out and walked through all of our needs. They provided an updated estimate and we sent it through insurance for approval. The second contractor wouldn't even come out and only did a phone call and wanted us to use their online estimator. We obviously liked the in person quote and service with Hillcrest.
Once all of us had our approvals, Kyle and his team quickly arranged the work. They also acknowledged and addressed some upgrades on posts and sonotubes we wanted. They completed the project in a week and a half for all 3 of our yards. The fence looks so nice and the quality of workmanship is great. Kyle and Sara were so attentive to our asks and were very happy we have a full privacy fence that is solid and meets our needs. Highly recommend their service!
