Great Service that goes above and beyond!
We had a great experience with TH Fireplaces. They immediately replied to our service request on Homestars to have our two fireplaces cleaned and pilot lights restored.
Amy, the technician, arrived earlier than the scheduled time (which was great because it allowed us to get on with the rest of our day). It had been at least 5 years since our fireplaces were working/used. Amy went above and beyond and took both fireplaces apart,
thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed them both out. She repainted the fireboxes for both with heat-resistant paint, removed and cleaned the ceramic fake “logs” inside and cleaned the glass on both fireplaces. It’s nice to feel like the person you hired went above and beyond and really delivered value for your money.
We’ll be using TH Fireplaces exclusively from now on And I can’t recommend them highly enough. Amy was also pleasant and informative about how to care for our fireplaces in the future.
