This was our first fireplace service after basically neglecting both fireplaces for many years. Our technician Amy was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Fireplace looks sparkling and brand new after getting firebox repainted and glass cleaned.
Turns out the glass door in our basement unit was cracked and glazed and at risk of more or less exploding. TH Fireplaces is helping us to get a replacement door even though they were not the original supplier.
Highly recommend this company.
