We booked AltechExterior to do our siding and our soffits, fascia and gutters as we realized our old siding was leaking and causing our house to rot - and the gutters were well passed their time. From quoting through to the very end of the project, Tony was a pleasure to work with. We got 4 quotes from other vendors and Tony was the most thorough, the most communicative and we felt the most comfortable proceeding with based on his straight-forward, no pressure manner. His pricing was mid-range from all the quotes we got and the most thorough vs. the other 3 we received.

He and his team took their time working on our home - ensuring that everything was done to perfection. We felt very well taken care of and knew he was going to make sure our house looked incredible both now and in 15 years. His team was lovely and respectful - they cleaned up at the end of every day, which I really appreciated vs. piling up all the garbage in one big pile and throwing it out at the end of the job which I’ve witnessed before.

We hadn’t originally scoped pot lights but when Tony recommended how nice they’d look, we agreed and opted to install them. He sourced an electrician immediately whose team installed them quickly and gosh they make our house look STUNNING.

Throughout the job, Tony was always present with his team and took the time to answer any questions I had or concerns. As things came up, he was incredibly flexible and understanding - it was truly such a pleasure having him work on our home.
