Our dishwasher was collecting water on the bottom and needed to be foxy we had cleaned it and was still doing it our service tech came out in two hours and had it fixed in less than an hour. Was very impressed.

Vivek came to look at my stackable washer and dryer. I thought it was the dryer that was making a noise but it was the washing machine. He was very knowledgable and very pleasant he explain to me what the problem was it had something to do with the knob on the washing machine. So happy no more noise. Coming home from vacation, 11 year old fridge had frozen up and wasn’t working. Immediately sent request through Home Stars general request form for multiple quotes. Got called by Vivek within 5 minutes and he showed up within 90 minutes. Worked hard to chip away at the ice to see if he could fix the problem that day. It was too much ice and we had to defrost the whole fridge. Vivek came back as promised in 2 days and worked late for us to ensure we didn’t have to wait through the weekend as he was going to be off for the next 4 days. He replaced 2 very broken pieces and improved our drain clip to a larger version. He even recommended against replacing the heater as it was unnecessary. Bonus is now my fridge is as clean as new again as I got to wash everything down.
