Once Daniel & his father Arrived they quickly got to work on two fireplaces. Great job, very polite, professional and courteous. Extensive coverage of all furniture and objects in and around the area for dust.
Upon watching their efficiency, I enquired if they would travel to Muskoka to do my cottage fireplace. They will and I will keep that in mind!

Impressed with the work ethic, attention to detail and focus on the safety of our fireplace. We have a 100 year old house. We had never used the fireplace but apparently it had been used before. There must have been 100 years of dirt in it! Of course we only knew that after Dan and his father brought bags of soot out after cleaning.
I highly recommend having your fireplace inspected and cleaned before using it. It could have caused a fire. I will be doing annual inspections after this great experience.

Dan and his father came on time, listened to my questions and understood what needed to be done. It wasn't a easy job as chimney was full of sticks from squirrels nests. In the end I have a very clean chimney. Dan took care to take pictures before and after to show how clean ithe chimney was. Dan is very personable and easy to deal with. I had a bird nest in my dryer vent. Pro Handy Solution came, got it cleaned out and put up a new vent cap and pest protection cage.
The father and son team were friendly and very social.
