Replace interior railings and spindles
We needed the spindles and handrails updated/replaced while new flooring was being installed on two levels and over the existing flooring.
Coordination with the floor installers was critical and we were panicked to get the job done in a very short timeframe.
Sensing the urgency, Peter arrived at 8:00 pm, gave us a quote and began the work right then and there. He removed what would be in the way of the floor installers and left enough support in the handrail so we could easily get up and down the stairs.
He custom made the support posts and refinished the original handrail taking off decades of yellowed oak stain. He had to come back after the flooring was in to install the spindles. His craftsmanship was superb - a perfectionist. He was a delight to have around.
