We needed help with our Bathroom and Bedroom which were really out of date c/w modern homes and we wanted to have a fresh look. Daniel and his team made it happen and we were ecstatic about how it made our lives easier and less cluttered as well as wow factor!

2 weeks ago, we noticed a problem with the Shower Door and we emailed Daniel. He sent the Glass expert out to our house within a day and the problem was resolved. Daniel and his team are quick to react and that means a lot to us for after sales support.

Things we really appreciated about this very big renovation project that Hickey Construction took on.
1. Excellent working relationship with all crew members. We also could tell that they respected one another as well.
2. Daniel and Tyler were always aware that budget MATTERED. But also wouldn't let us take inadvisable shortcuts for the sake of budget. They often gave great advice and feedback. They were open to thinking about ways to help save along the way as well. Other contractors we interviewed didn't seem as empathetic.

3. Despite material shortages in the industry which created delays they tried their best to stay on time.
4. Clean up. Everyday clean up was done thoroughly even when they knew they'd be back the next morning.
5. Almost forgot...the job was well done. Only very minor adjustments had to made after the final payment was done and they cheerfully responded to our minor call backs. Even when challenges inevitably arose this was a great project well done !

Very professional and the whole team has excellent work ethics. Cleaned up after each day. Very very pleased. Basement living room and bedroom completely renovated, along with additional trim and paint.

Hickey Construction and I have recently paired on a project in the Surrey Langley area and it went very well. Renovations are difficult and he and his crew made it look easy. I am very happy to work with them and I would recommend their services to anyone that comes to me.
