Jims Roofing and Renovations

Jim's was hired to find a leak that was potentially on our roof. They didn't find the leak, said it was likely 'condensation' and charged us $1,300. That is not a typo.

Workers had to contend with bad weather, but prevailed.

No concerns yet on how the job has held up.

Jim offered a warranty on this job, and I've asked for a copy a couple of times. No response so far.

They were professional, had great follow up and did a great job on my roof. From their office staff to the roofers, they were all professional and helpful!

When Jim came out to inspect the work that needed to be done he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The office staff was very personable every time I spoke with them. The workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. When the invoice arrived it matched the original estimate. The only issues we had was waiting for the weather to cooperate so the work could start.

After an original diagnosis by insurance company and a subsequent visit by engineers, and a wait for materials, the work was completed with efficiency. All the employees were professional and the girls at the office outstanding

The original roofers sent by our insurance company 3 years ago was incompetent to say the least - to what extent we did not know until now. The original repairs were not done properly and resulted in 3 years of damages and leakage until finally the ceiling collapsed in our kitchen. Luckily our insurers guaranteed the original work/claims and sent Jim's Roofing out - they were detailed exacting and the workmanship was solid - would recommend them anytime full stop!
