Reno Building did a Great job coordinating all of the various workers to get the Basement Walkout Entrance and Finish our basement done
You can tell that Mahyar, the owner takes pride in his work. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and will never pressure you with money tactics. Your written contact has all of deposits and percentage of completion payments outlined. Last will only take the final payment when all is done. Its hard to find good quality and respectful contractors these days. Reno Building crew is one out there!

Permitted walkout entrance has some challenges especially doing in late fall. Also, the City inspectors will inspect the job step by step during making the Foundation, underpinning, walls, stairs and plumbing based on the drawings. We're glad to pass all inspection in the first of their visit and City sent us the sign off of the job easily.

I had a very complex project with many restrictions. Mahyar was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. He's very good at communicating, which is not what i've experienced in the past with contractors. For me, this was a big plus, also his quote was the best out of many.

I highly recommend Reno-building team for create walkout entrance and finish the basement.
They have nice 3D design and build service. Before start of project they provide three different models and the estimation.

Basement walkout side entrance has been done based on the permitted drawings and there were a lot of
items like the frost protected footings, dowels into the existing footings and continuity and covered weeping tiles.
All the job as well as your finish basement was done right and that's why we did warranty our jobs for 5 years.
