Furnace failed just before Christmas. A technician was sent promptly, diagnosed the problem & ordered the parts (from the US). Several days wait due to the holidays!

As soon as the parts arrived technician picked up the parts, returned to install the parts & got our furnace functioning!

We woke up on Dec 24th to a very cold house. I entered our furnace error messages into an urgent request for help on homestars, and Cu Mechanical responded right away with a suggestion (turn off the furnace for 30 seconds). This resolved the issue and saved us a service visit, which likely would have been impossible anyway on Christmas Eve. The house is slowly warming up. I'll save their info for when we need them. Our Heat at work was not working, so we called Cu Mechanical Inc. They are the best! They diagnosed the problem instantly and got the heating system working within mins. They are courteous, prompt and very efficient. They are our go to heating and air conditioning specialists. Our technician Shawn was prompt, thorough and very polite. He was finished in no time.

Our furnace stopped working overnight. On a cold Sunday morning, Cu Mechanical was able to visit and diagnose that our furnace had a few failing parts. They were able to get a new, more energy efficient furnace installed for us. Thank you for your quick and reliable service!

CU Mechanical were the third company we contacted to service our NTi boiler (installed by previous home owners). The CU Mechanical engineer was efficient and friendly and very knowledgeable. We now use them for regular inspections on our boiler.
