My dryer was turning on but not starting. From the first minute on the phone with the person who took my information for the service call the customer service was exemplary. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, everything was top notch. Eli was the gentleman who actually did the repair and I can not say enough about how impressed I was with his customer service, how he explained what he was doing and how he would fix it, to his respectful , friendly mannerisms. Highly recommend this company, and highly recommend Eli!

Eli came out to check the problem on my induction cooktop...It completely stopped working.
Upon arrival, he was respectful and courteous to his surroundings....he spent the time taking the unit apart trying to isolate the problem....after thoroughly examining the unit he found the the master control unit was faulty....Tooo expensive to replace in a 10 year old unit.....but we know that now, after Eli checked the unit.....We brought another teck before him .....and lets just say...he's better at selling parts rather than fixing them

The technician was extremely polite and his work was very neat and quick. He arrived within the estimated time. Also, he gave the references for future repairs of washers and other appliances.

I just wanted to give a positive review for Shaked. He came out the next day and was able to work in an earlier time slot then previously booked (fantastic!). He correctly diagnosed the problem with the tenant's dishwasher and had it fixed in less than an hour. Friendly and efficient. He also gave some great advice about how to prolong the life of the machine.

Ilya is absolutely an outstanding technician who is very knowledgeable at what he does. Our fridge stopped working and Ilya installed three in one relay and explained to us the way the fridge works. Definitely recommend GNA Appliances. Thank you for the service and would highly recommend it !!!

We had an ongoing issue with our stacked washer dryer, the dryer was working well while the washer continuously made squeaking and banging noises, we had called GNA Appliance and they sent over the technician, Ilya, who was extremely prompt and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and we went ahead with his suggestion and ordered the new part. Our washer has worked perfectly ever since.
