We noticed that we have a faulty panel. Tries to contact them and was finally able to get through on day 2. They said they will have it repaired. Ten days later it is still not repaired. I tried to call and was on hold for over an hour. I tried to call back and their machine hangs up when you go to leave a message. Also, I asked earlier to expand my system. I was told to go elsewhere as it was not a large enough project.

For expansions on existing systems, they would be treated as a new project and our minimum system size is 5KW. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to install an expanded system that doesn't meet our minimum size.
