QS Flooring & Stair

We have been very cautious in selecting contractor given past experience,  however,  we are so thankful to have been introduced to  Sam and his company QS Flooring.   They are true to  their words, very responsive - job was done on time with great quality.  They are hard working and very courteous.  Overall we are extremely satisfied.   We highly recommend Sam.

We would highly recommend Sam and his company. He is very professional. Sam brought his vast quantity of samples to our house, gave us an informative narration of the quality of everything, and waited patiently for us to make our selection. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any new questions we had. His employees were hard-working, polite and skilled. We are extremely happy with the work. We had carpeting removed from the areas and flooring installed in the primary bedroom, closet and upper level hallway.
Our main curved stairwell had the original carpeting and wood balusters removed and replaced with engineered hardwood and metal railings. Also, we had the basement stairs finished with the same hardwood and the railings replaced and balusters added. Again we are very happy with the work, the price was fair and would recommend Sam and QS Flooring.

Sam was absolutely wonderful and pleasant to work with. He gave us multiple options fat the most efficient and reasonable cost for the projects that we have. Constantly kept in contact and quick to reply as well, his team was able to finish the job in one day. An absolute delight to work with!

Flooring changed from hospital white tile, that was 30 plus years old to lovely Amisted flooring. The difference is amazing. QS Flooring came and presented my options, I received a quote and the job was done within 2 weeks. They brought everything they needed to complete the entire job within 3 days. My entire apartment looks great and I have not even moved in as yet. I recommend QS Flooring, Sam and crew highly.

Sam and his assistant went above and beyond what we expected ! They did an excellent job of installing luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards in our kitchen and adjoining laundry room for a very reasonable price. They are honest, efficient, hardworking and reliable. We would definitely recommend this company !!!

Sam and his team did an excellent job installing engineering hardwood floor and baseboards through all upstairs level of our house and the family room in the main floor. We also replaced our carpets along the stairs.
We enjoyed working with Sam. Very professional, patient and great listening skills and pay attention to detail what customer likes and dislikes. We changed the materials due to the sudden increase of material cost (from the vendor side) and Sam walked us through the entire process again with us to fit in into our budget. So grateful for his patience.

His team was also very proffesional and polite and most importantly the work was excellent.

I selected Sam after having quoted the job with a number of other flooring contractors. Sam was on time, courteous, and listened to our project requirements, offering suggestions and solutions along the way. He was by far the most professional contractor I had interviewed, and his quote was very reasonably priced.

The old carpet in our entire office (minus a couple boardrooms) was quickly removed, and disposed at the end of each business day. The crew that Sam had on this job was very accommodating and worked around our in-office staff members. They also worked evenings and weekends to meet our target completion dates. New carpet tile & base was installed throughout the office in a clean and efficient manner.

Our kitchen flooring was very old and was coming up together with the subfloor when trying to remove it. This completely changed the scope of work, and QS Flooring had to take a different (more expensive) approach for the flooring replacement. Sam was committed to his quote, and did not increase our end price at all. This was above and beyond any expectations.

Over the next few weeks, after the main job was completed, we underwent further renovations. QS Flooring came back on multiple occasions to do final touches, and installed additional carpet in newly exposed areas. Customer service was exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about Sam, Barry, Jerry, and the rest of the crew. Excellent job guys!

Sam and his team are incredibly good at what they do! They are fair and knowledgeable and very kind on top of it. They transformed our house with the most beautiful engineered hardwood. It was a pleasure doing business with Sam and team and I would 100% recommend them!

Sam was really wonderful to work with. He was very patient, provided clear recommendations and walked us through the entire process.

Even though we took a while to finally decide to move forward, he was never pushy and only provided us with updates and timelines given shifts in the industry.

We did run into 1 issue with the flooring because we have radiators, he jumped to solutions and helped resolve the issues.

Sam worked with me remotely as it’s hard for me to get to the unit. He gave me multiple options for flooring, and no pressure to go ahead.
