LG Home Comfort

I dealt with sales representative Cong, very knowledgeable and friendly. A few things were left out of the requirements for install, including that another line would need to be run to our thermostat. This meant we had to cut multiple holes in a recently drywalled basement, ceiling. The repairs were our responsibility. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know up front.

On the day the technicians came to install my Heat Pump they noticed they were missing parts that they needed to complete the job. This was realized after they had started the install and my house was without heat. I was then asked if I would go to the nearest hardware store and purchase the required parts myself, after already paying for the install. I was unable to do this as I had a child sleeping in the house. Eventually, they sent one of the technicians to get the parts after I called around to local hardware stores and located the part for them.

After the install, my igniter to my propane furnace began malfunctioning. My HRV system also began to have a burning smell. These issues were not present prior to this install. I live in a newer home and the system is only 6 years old.

I started calling LG Home comfort on January 19th to inquire about support. I left messages with them and my sales representative. I got no call backs, even though my sales representative claimed he prioritized my concerns.

I continued to call until I finally got someone on the phone on February 12th. They scheduled to come to my house today, the 16th of February in between 12-6pm. They never came, never called. Ive heard nothing.

This has been a terrible experience. Customer service is non existent. I do not recommend this company. Go elsewhere if you can.

Danny and Harmon did the installation for our new unit. Their service was excellent , professional and courteous. I would recommend them and the team that worked with them for any job they do.

Heat pump and furnace was install in one day by Khush and partner. everything clean up and test system working good before they leave. i'm more happy if they change the rusty screws and clamp for conduct outside

WELL, I think I have waited long enough, and to be honest, my expectations of FINALLY my LG system up and running appears to be a dead stick.
Bavi...you promised you'd call me about this FAILED LG heat pump system at our home in Port Perry. Spent a lot of money on this conversion last year, and this has been a living nightmare. I have called, I have emailed, I have texted CONSTANTLY, and I appreciate that you had sent out folks that largely have had little effect,or knowledge on getting this thing going!!. All the tech's were polite and tried to be helpful, but this LG Heat Pump system is JUNK, so, where does THAT leave us??...NOT a happy customer!!! Obviously, you just DON'T CARE!!...should have stuck to my guns!!

The salesmen that gave us the quote came at 8 pm on a Friday took the time to go through all options and the price he gave us was far better then any quotes we got In Kingston. Thanks to the hole team for getting this done

Got my heat pump installed. Very good company. Fast pace and professional staff make whole process smoothly.

Very professional and patient staff (sales rep Phillip, Gurdev and his installation team), walked me through the various options and helped me decide on the final product ($13,899 is before federal rebate of $7,100). Great company, very pleased!

Behzad serviced our tankless water heater. He was thorough, gave us a lot of information, and even made sure to wear a covering over his shoes so as not to track dirt into our home.

I needed to convert from an oil furnace to propane furnace the sales rep was very helpful and the installation went very smoothly they were very helpful and answered all my questions I would recommend them for any kind of work

Saw their ad and contacted LG. The called me and patiently walked me through the process and my options . They gave me time to think about it and we not pushy at all.. Once I agreed to purchase the heat pump, a date was set up and the appliances were installed. My concerns were listened to and solutions were found. Whenever I call / email LG, there is always a quick response, something I quite appreciate.
