Northridge Windows & Doors

Our 38 year old house badly needed the south and east facing windows replaced. We checked with neighbour's but saw Northridge ad in a local flyer. Upon visiting three other window companies we were very impressed with the service and pricing at Nirthridge. They even assisted with understanding the Energy Rebate aspect and after having 5 windows replaced a couple of months ago, we just had two more done. The sales and installation staff are first rate and efficient from preparing the work area to cleaning up. We have recommended them to neighbour's and friends.

The window replacements are perfect. Everything about them is perfect!

The Storm Door replacement left a little to be desired, but the owner of the company came by to inspect the door, agreed with me, apologized and gave me a time frame by which the job will be done properly.

A company that stands by their work and fixes everything that is less than perfect. You can't ask for more than that.

I would like to start by saying that the people who installed the windows were absolutely amazing and professional. The people who work in the office are the complete opposite. They spoke of how they would take care of all the necessary paper work to get a rebate for the energy saving windows. Instead of taking care of that they rushed us into having the windows installed because they arrived early and never have a pre assessment or paper work completed. After installation was complete we called to inquire about the rebate and instead of admitting their mistake they blamed us for not getting the assessment done because they know they would have told us they never make a mistake. Absolutely disgusting to say to a customer, if you are looking for an honest company that knows how to communicate effectively they are NOT that. I would not recommend the family that runs this business but to the people who installed our windows thank you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Note that after leaving a review on google they wanted us to delete our google review without so much an an apology for their miscommunication. Brian who was also amazing deserves better.

I would highly recommend Northridge Windows and Doors for doors and windows installation. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful in product selection. Very friendly and promptly answered every call.

Stefan and his Installation team were very good, friendly, punctual. Stefan always went out of his way to address any small concern.
After installation, they made sure the house was left cleaned up. They finished their task on time and did excellent job.

They have excellent service and promptly reply for queries and questions after installation too. I interacted with Brian the salesman and he is excellent. The windows and door quality is great and best price in the market. I would definitely recommend. The installation was flawless.

Great window and door company that helps relieve most of the stress as a homeowner installing new windows doors. The customer service is phenomenal, they go beyond what you would expect to ensure you're happy with your purchase. There currently is a government rebate program and they will call you pursuading you to do the paperwork in order to save you money! I can only say good things about this company, highly recommended and flexible!
