Home Inspection review in Oshawa

Kevin is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain exactly what he is looking at and why he is looking at it. Very patient, efficient and easy to reach. Kevin has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He did the inspection patiently and answered all our questions in detail. We are new home buyers and it was a great experience to learn things about our house from Kevin. He took his time to inspect everything, took his time to make us understand how to take care of the house. I would highly Recommend!!!

Home inspection

Home Inspection review in Mississauga

Kevin is very professional and thorough. We asked him to do a partial home inspection due to some damage. He went above and beyond and explained everything to us in detail. He is also very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with! He was easily accessible, communicative, punctual and very courteous.
Kevins home inspection was thorough and he ensured he explained all aspects of what he was doing during the entire process. He also took time to provide us with solutions during the inspection and answer our questions (as first time homeowners we had a lot!). Kevin provided us with a detailed document detailing all the findings from the home inspection well explained which has served as a great resource/tool when prioritizing tasks to accomplish!
We were extremely happy with Wallbank Home Inspection and would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a home inspection!
