What makes him stand out from his peers is his ability to combine his technical knowledge while providing superior customer service at the same time. It is easy to find home inspectors who are technical, and knowledgeable however, it is much more difficult to find someone with all those attributes who in addition has good people skills. Most of us are well aware that soft skills are a must to allow a technician/home inspector to communicate effectively with his client base. Kevin's emotional IQ allows him to adapt to different audiences and different personalities while always staying professional. He is dedicated, patient, and has integrity. He traveled from Mississauga to Niagara Falls early Sunday morning on short notice and spent 3 hours inspecting my property. I cannot say more about my satisfaction with Wallbank Home Inspections.
