Called Garage Door Ninja around 3:30 pm in the afternoon, Yuryi was onsite at my house by 6 pm. He was able to replace the springs and also made recommendation on what other parts also needed attention. He took the time to show me why those parts needed to be replaced and answered all my questions. I did end up replacing all the parts he recommended, which brought up the cost, but they were necessary.
