Installed new kitchen cabinets, counters and new tile flooring from entrance to kitchen.
Everything was great and they were very professional.
About 6months after installation the tiles became loose and grout started breaking out.
After several months of going back and forth, they finally came in and tried several different repair methods that did not work.
They ended replacing only some tiles throughout. When tiles where removed, I found that they were not even adhered correctly and they were able to pull some out without breaking.
They then laid the same tile down, but did not properly prep the floor and it left the tiles very uneven.
I asked them to repair the severely uneven tiles and they came back and tried to replace more tiles and had to brake several more tiles.
Again, they did not prep the floor and relayed more tile unevenly and now I have a whole hallway and kitchen with uneven tile. Tiles sticking out from under the cabinets are now much lower than the other tiles.
Most baseboards are damaged from installing and removing to repair tiles.
Transition strip is installed incorrectly with brad nails sticking out.
Some tiles are still cracked.
Had to buy more tile for them to replace all the cracked tiles! No compensation or refund offered for having to pay for all the extra tiles!
The grout (black) is now starting to crack and fall apart again and caulking (white) they put in between the tiles is now showing. They put white caulking and then grouted over for some reason.
Tried to contact them for a resolution since August and have not had any response from them.
Overall not happy.
