Asteri reframed the lightbox in my roof to accommodate a replacement skylight, with work ranging from roof support to painting. Asteri also supplied and installed a removable aluminum railing for basement stairs. I appreciated the ongoing communication on timing and scope of work, and I was very happy with final products.

Asteri Construction did a great job from start to end. The price was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. Timelines for completion were met for every stage of the renovation. The quoted prices were respected and there was always transparency. The finished product exceeded expectations. If there were any concerns or questions, the company was there to support us and made sure we were satisfied. I definitely recommend this company. I felt they were trustworthy and they backed that up. That’s not easy to find in this industry.

Asteri Construction was recommended to me by the roofing company I used to install a new cool roof & skylight to finish the interior structural and cosmetics of the skylight. We contracted Asteri Construction to complete a number repairs and renovation including sanding and staining a staircase, painting our garage door, window repairs and painting. The workmanship was excellent. All craftsmen were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They also keep us completely informed of the work progress and schedule. After years of not having proper decks and having ugly siding on the top third of the house, it was time to upgrade.
I discovered an alternate way of installing the new decking material and Emiliano and his team were more than willing to try it out. The result was superb. The siding had to match perfectly with the next door property while fitting exactly. Once again with excellent results. Emiliano's attention to detail shows in the woodworking at the top deck.
I would not hesitate to call Astiri construction and Emiliano for any further work the house may need.
