When I filled out the questions on HomeStars for the job I required in my condo, I was extremely lucky that Emiljano reached out to me! He was very kind and personable and although those are not requirements people tend to look for in a contractor, it definitely reassured me and made the process much smoother. I was able to ask him questions about procedures, products, timing, etc. and he was very thorough in answering all of my questions (and believe me, I asked a lot because we had a terrible experience with contractors in our previous home). His prices were also very reasonable compared to some other contractors, which is a huge bonus! And his crew was just as great! Very, very nice and funny guys who did an absolutely stellar job! My husband and I are truly blown away by the work they have done for us. We are perfectionists and they made sure we were always pleased. They redid the tiles in our bathroom showers (one tub, one standing) and floors, soundproofed, waterproofed, and the whole nine yards! They also used products at higher standards/quality than were required by our condo board. And because we live in a condo, it was important that they respected the condo rules with regards to the time they could work. On top of the great work, they were punctual, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Asteri Construction Inc. to anyone who needs work done! 10/10!!! P.S. We are still doing some work in the bathrooms so there is still some mess, but I will post new pictures when everything is done!
