I decided to go with Best Appliance to service my oven. The team was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. While on site they took the time to explain everything they were doing. Since the completion of this service call, my oven has been working like new again. I would highly recommend Best Appliance Repairs.

The service request was responded to right away& booked for yesterday the were excellent about contacting me and letting me know what their arrival time would be!! Apon arrival they put on blue booties and were extremely respectful. The problem was determined quickly and the parts were ordered!! Today ( the next day!) the parts have be replaced and its working! They were nice enough to also look at a long standing problem with my sub suzo fridge and fixed it on the spot!

Excellent fast courteous service. Friendly and quick to help us understand and resolve issues without any hassle. Fixed additional problems that were discovered when here without charging any additional fees. I would highly recommend to anyone for refrigerator and appliance needs.

My refrigerator started to build ice inside of back panel. I was unable to defrost it. I was suggested to change back panel and some parts. The job was done very quick and professionally! Great job! Very satisfied and happy! We will use Home Star service again!

I had two successive and remarkable experiences with Eric and his son Ayal. On the second occasion Eric came to repair a hose leak in our subZero fridge, but was very happy to quickly stabilize a very tippy dishwasher as well.

Eric is very professionally, clearly explains what is required for the repair and provides excellent service!!! There is no hidden charges!!! He is very knowledgeable and comes prepared with the proper original parts to replace. I would recommend Eric to anyone!!

What a phenomenal team ! They came in yesterday to install our new appliances : professional, polite , making sure the work area is clean and tidy and most importantly: SO nice to chat with , Arkadi and Eyal explain everything theyre doing as well as making sure we stay in touch and contact them immediately for any follow up or anything needed , anytime .
And .. not to mention the fare price !
