Thomas was detailed and helpful ensuring I knew what work was completed and what was yet to be done. The overall project took longer to complete than expected due to periods of rain but also time waiting for some material and workers to be available. I’m pleased with the outcome as it has given our home a needed makeover.

Timberwolves incompetently installed James Hardie siding at my house, wrecking it and costing me tens of thousands of dollars to remove all of their work and reinstall it with a competent contractor. After ghosting the unfinished job, To date they have refused to refund any of the over $12K paid to them, forcing me to go to court to recover it and fix the damage they have done at my house. The job has been a nightmare and we will be out a staggering amount of money because of their incompetence.

They ruined Hardie siding by installing it with brad nails, voiding the manufacturer's 30 year warranty, potentially violating the building code, and failed to follow almost any of the basic installation instructions. The manufacturer was floored when they learned how Timberwolves installs their product. Besides hundreds of holes and tiny, bent and broken paperclip-like nails sticking out, they failed to stagger the joints or even lap the boards properly, exposing the manufacturer's nailing details all over the wall and creating multi-storey high lines of seams. The job is a disaster. They abandoned the worksite, leaving garbage, cigarettes and nails everywhere and asked for more money to come back to do the job. Stay away.

Timberwolves roofing did an excellent job on my house. Thomas was very thourogh and knowledgeable. Price was very competitive and they are reliable. Thomas and his crew are great they got the job done quickly and the quality of the work and materials was great. would highly recommend.

Very happy with Timberwolves Roofing. When Thomas came out to look at my roof for my estimate, he is the only company that actually notice my plywood is deformed and rotten. He then went into the attic and found pretty all the plywood is all rotten, very much attention to detail. His crew was friendly and they were very clean. They laid tarps out around my house and covered my air-conditioner and windows to make sure no pieces damage.
Thomas has great communication and kept me informed every step of the way.

When the installation team come, they fully protected and work very efficiently, leaving the site very clean. These days, the temperature decrease sharply, I feel my room much warmer than before and much more peace in mind when wild wind outside.
