Michael and his team did an outstanding renovation on our basement. When we first met Michael he explained exactly what we were to expect and the full extent of the work. He followed through as expected and we are very pleased with the outcome. He provided us with a schedule of what to expect. All the work was completed by professional, qualified individuals. We are very satisfied with the standard and workmanship performed by his team!

Level Up was the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. Seriously, they are cutting edge when it comes to setting a new standard for contractor professionalism. Michael did great job in renovating the first floor of my house. Everything was in time, professional communication. It was quite challenging to do the job taking into account issues with materials, pricing labor etc, but Michael managed all this while honouring prices from the original quote. When we decided to do basement renovation one of the recommended contractors by our friends was Michael - owner of the Level Up group. Initially we wanted to do just a cosmetic repair, but Michael after observing of our basement persuaded us fortunately that we need to do complete demolition and remodeling of it: he showed us mold in several places and ensure that inside the walls there are much more. So the whole project was much bigger than we planned but it was definitely worth it, and we are very grateful to Michael, that he was so conscious and professional. Regarding the process itself: we were amazed how precisely work was organized and performed. Every week Michael sent us daily schedule for the next week operations, and they were done exactly at this day. Every work was done with different crew - professionals in this same job, and not just universal handymen. Everything was done with high quality and we practically did not have any complaints. Moreover all the crews were very polite, considerate, and tried to minimize interruption to our life (most of us worked from home at this time). The final result is amazing - it is impossible to recognize in this beautiful unit our old basement. Thank you Michael and all crew - we will definitely recommend you to all our friends!

Our family was looking for some additional living space but wanted a consulting partner that would manage the entire job providing us peace of mind. Michael and Levelup were able to fill this role and allow our family to continue operating within our busy schedules.

From the beginning of our engagement, Michael provided excellent communication through email, phone or text, making himself available whenever we had inquiries. The overall project management was excellent. The thing that impressed me the most was the fact every milestone Levelup had scheduled in their initial project plan, either was delivered on time or ahead of schedule. Having experienced timing issues with other contractors, this was a breath of fresh air.
