We had a chimney in our 1970's home and it had cause flood damage in the attic and was causing some issues in the basement. After much consideration, we opted to remove the chimney all together as it brought so many issues and would have been costly to fix and no one could advise on the main problem.

We hired Thierry's team to complete the demolition, Thierry was very responsive and flexible and provided a competitive price. They came on the set date and completed the work in 1 day, they also connected us with a great carpenter (additional cost) that helped rebuild the side of the home where the chimney was removed, the process with the demolition and rebuild was 2 days and end result is great.

The site was clean afterwards and the crew was great.

The price for what was completed was reasonable. They did a great job on the site preparation to minimize damage to the flooring which was to remain and dust retention was not necessary but was used anyways to minimize spread. They did a great clean up at the end of the work.
