The HVAC Service

We used The HVAC Service several times for preventive maintenance of our heating and cooling system. They have done a ton of work for me and my family and always treated us right. Their techs handled our house with care and cleaned up nicely after the job was over. Very professional and pleasant to deal with, this is a company with true integrity.

There was an issue with our AC. I turned the unit on and set the temperature accordingly, but the air coming from the vents wasn’t cool. I called The HVAC Service and got a person who told me they can get a technician out within an hour. Michael arrived promptly and found a refrigerant leak. He fixed it, tested the repair, and added refrigerant. Quality service from beginning to end. Thanks again!

My AC was working intermittently. I called several companies and they all couldn’t make it until the next day. The HVAC Service responded quickly and Jeremy came within the hour. He found a partially clogged drain line. He took his time to explain that the drain line removes the water released when the evaporator converts refrigerant from a liquid to a gas, and over time, dirt can build up, which leads to an AC drain line clog. He cleared it and made sure there are no other issues going on. Everything has been great since. I would absolutely recommend this company.

We would like to thank The HVAC Service for a terrific job. Our house was not cooling properly, the air was somewhat sticky. We had a technician yesterday. William was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He discovered a leak. He explained that without the right refrigerant level, heat and humidity cannot efficiently be removed from the air. William fixed the leak, tested the repair, and then charged the system with the correct amount of refrigerant. Very pleased with the service we received.

Just had our AC repaired by The HVAC Service. My AC was not cooling properly and I was frustrated and searching for reasons. Matt was on time and figured out the problem quickly, evaporator coils got frozen. He had the tools to properly resolve the problem without damaging the unit. Thanks for the great job!

Display of my thermostat was blank and the AC stopped blowing cool air. Something inside has gone faulty. I changed its batteries, but this didn’t solve the problem. I called The HVAC Service and everyone was very polite and easy to deal with. Gurprit was able to identify the problem accurately. The work was done very well.
